No passion, unfriendly and some of the worst bud I've had...

Worst dispensary in the area. Got 3 vape carts including one of their "premium carts". They were the most expensive carts I have seen in the area and ironically, the lowest quality/weakest ones I have seen in the area. And one of my vape carts didn't work at all. They replaced without question which was good but the product quality was terrible. I also got tincture during this visit and also very weak compared to other dispensaries. I would think it was just a "this strain didn't hit me as hard as it hit others" if all of the products didn't fall into the same category. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else but here. NETA, Revolutionary Clinics, Ethos in Watertown, heck even the very small Apothca has better quality product than there. Stay away.

Today's events triggered one of the worst anxiety attacks I have had in years. I have been out of medicine for a few days due to the panic attacks making it hard to drive. I mustered up enough focus to make it to Sira in Needham around 2:30 on Wednesday the 9th. I had an issue making an appointment online which is a known policy. When I arrived, the young man at the counter told me my appointment was not in the system. I asked if they could make an affordance just once so I could go in due not having my phone and being able to immediately make an appointment with my device. He got stuck on the hour to make an appointment and kept asking me repeatedly ad nauseam why I think it will take an hour to drive from Needham to Jamaica, make an appointment, come back to Needham do my business and then return to JP. I explained this 3 times while the guy is giggling and making fun of me while repeatedly asking the same question I answered multiple times. In addition, I tried to explain my mental condition, the guy just kept laughing and asking “you alright” and then cackling louder. I have never had an incident like this with a dispensary. This is supposed to be a medical facility and I was literally harassed for the condition I was there seeking treatment for.

The work is are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable cannabis flower is extremely good nice and moist plus they have any cannabis thing that you need

Great dispensory, good prices, good selection of products, and their hours are very convenient for 2nd and 3rd shift patients........

The bud here is literally like hay. It doesn't matter what strain or amount, it smells and tastes like hay. It could be the packaging they use, which consists of a plastic bag with a "humidifier" packet. Although, I seriously doubt it. The bud is obviously mass produced and rushed. It reminds me of a more colorful brick weed that used to come with seeds. To top off the garbage they sell, they have the nerve to be judgmental. I walked in, used their ATM and went to make my purchase. I bought less than 50 dollars of their junk, and they had the nerve to hold the bills up to the light and check them with a marker. Keep in mind, this was money they saw me take out from their ATM(with a $3.50 charge) and for a purchase less than $50 dollars. These people not only know nothing about cannabis, they treat their patients like they are doing them a favor. These people are in it for money, not the love of cannabis. Stay far away from this place, unless you like being treated like a junkie and smoking absolute garbage..

Did not like the style. Resembles an Apple store - cold and commercial. Five checkout lanes. Barrier between customer and budtender prevented personal interaction. Designed to be a supermarket, for throughput, not human interaction. The warmth of Cannabis culture has been successfully extracted and disposed as a waste product, leaving the All-American Crass Commercialism in place. This is a sign that the founders are not users, but heartless commercial businessmen. Am I wrong here? I think that responsible Cannabis users (is that an oxymoron?) should favor dispensaries that build community. Perhaps I am being unfairly judgmental (I can be like that), but as much as I like the Apple store, it is not working for me here. Did not like the way that they documented the products, i.e. did not explicitly list TAC. I did like the abundant casual seating, but it is in the secured area, and not open to the public. IMHO, dispensaries should be the next Starbucks, and provide free public space and restrooms - this is a social revolution, is it not? High marks for the Barcelona chairs - very modern yet very comfortable! Style points awarded for the Corbusier-style sofas, but they are not very comfortable. Sorry, but this place gave me the creeps. Then I bounced off of both the inner and outer doors because they required were not marked, and required a pushbutton release. What a perfectly appropriate, humiliating end to our first date. I won't be back.

Wonderful atmosphere with friendly and knowledgeable staff! The flower is great.

Great place to visit! Always a pleasure. Phenomenal wax!
