I placed an order for about 20 items…a rather large order? They failed to give me the free shipping and some free sample of mushrooms I was expecting. I contacted customer service. They answered prompt and they were very helpful. So helpful indeed that they sent me an additional item as a token gesture - worth five times the cost of the shipping? They didn’t have to do that? But they did. I tried the product yesterday for the first time…superior quality!! Wonderful! Because of this wonderful handling of the whole situation I will not go anywhere else. In short, great product! Great customer service!! And by great I mean they have set the gold standard. I could not reccomend this place highly enough!
