A. AllBud's primary focus is to provide the best online information for patients seeking relief from their ailments through state-licensed medical marijuana programs, CBD programs, and state-licensed recreational facilities.

  4. You can then choose any Username that is available for your new handle.

6. How can I change the primary location listed on my user account?

A. You can set your location to any City, State, or Zip Code by clicking the “Set” button near the top left corner of our map HERE

7. How do I Search Allbud.com?

A. You can search by Dispensary, Strain, Doctor or Ailment. Just start typing in the large search window at the top of the page and our system will make recommendations.

A. Click the “Follow Dispensary” link on any clinic or dispensary page. Your followed dispensaries will show up in your “My Allbud” newsfeed so you can see their new menu items and specials.

15. My favorite Dispensary doesn’t have a menu posted?

A. Visit their Dispensary page and use the “Menu Request” feature on the left side of the page to send them a request.

16. How do I review Strains

A. Visit any strain page and click “Write a Review” or scroll to the Reviews section at the bottom of the page.

17. How do I “Favorite” a strain?

A. Click the “Favorite Strain” link on any strain page near the top.
B. You can “Un-favorite” the strain by clicking the “Un-favorite Strain” link on the Strain page or from your My Allbud page HERE

18. Why are my reviews and ratings not being displayed?

1. How do I create a Dispensary listing on AllBud.com?

A. Just go HERE and create your account. You can either claim an existing dispensary, if you’re already in our system, or create a new listing.

2. Claiming your Dispensary Page.

A. Authorized dispensary staff can claim an existing dispensary listing or add a new listing. Once approved, you'll have free access to manage the dispensary profile, menu, specials, photos and more! Just go to Claim Dispensary and fill out the forms.

3. Why is my Dispensary already listed?

A. We found your information and started the process for you. Our goal is to have the most data for our users as possible, so we monitor state licensing agencies, the web, social media and get tips from our users about new dispensaries and clinics in their area.

4. How much does my listing on Allbud.com cost?

A. Zero. It's 100% FREE.

5. How do I edit my Dispensary info?

A. You can edit your info by clicking the “My AllBud” link once you’re logged in. This will give you access to create or update:
  • Account info – UN, PW, contact info, etc.
  • Store info – Hours of operation, address, website, description, contact info, etc.
  • Photos – Logos, store photos, etc.
  • Menus – Costs, descriptions, and photos of Strains, Edibles, Concentrates, Tinctures, Topicals and more.

A. Allbud.com publishes listing information that is typically a matter of public record and concern; therefore we do not remove listing information from the site under most circumstances. While we understand that the owners might prefer to keep a low profile, it is important for consumers to be able to find and share about businesses.

10. Can I report a business that is trying to pay people to write positive reviews?

A. Please let us know if you are aware of a business that is trying to boost its ratings by paying or offering freebies or discounts for positive reviews. Paying for positive reviews is unethical and can be illegal. If you have evidence of a business that is trying to pay for its reputation rather than earn it, please contact us.

11. Can I sue Allbud.com for a bad review?

We recommend discussing your concerns with a lawyer who specializes in internet law. They will likely tell you that:
- Consumer speech is legally protected, even when if it's negative
- Allbud.com is not responsible for the opinions of your customers
- Suing Allbud.com will only draw more attention to the negative review

A. Just go HERE and create your account. You can either claim an existing clinic, if you’re already in our system, or create a new listing. New clinic submissions will need to be reviewed and authorized by our staff, which may take a few hours.
