I previously had positive experiences with this brand, but my latest visit has changed my perspective. As a 34-year-old, I understand the need for ID verification. However, the issue arose when the staff member inaccurately calculated my license's expiration date using a calculator. This led to a misunderstanding, as my license is actually valid for another year. This resulted in an unnecessary and frustrating two-hour ordeal without being able to purchase cannabis. It's disappointing that the staff's basic math skills were lacking, impacting my experience negatively. Therefore, I've decided not to patronize this brand in the future. The worst part is this guys (long haired hippy, terrible at math) seems like he enjoyed saying no.
