The guy they sent was a crack head and he literally took all day to get there and made several lame excuses .He FINALLY got there at 10 pm whem he started at 9 in the morning !! The girl who answers the phone is a fake two faced ugly person .The buds i got were mutilated on the top parts .They took them off and kept the bed part of the bud for themselves . Ive had that happen more than once . PLEASE ,ppl ,AVOID . Ther wax sticks to the paper and they know its bad but keep selling .Their edibles are weaaak .Ive tried many and only ever got a moderate buzz .Avoid . Prices are too much anyways for the quality and OTHER issues . If u want really good nug ( and i mean REALLY GOOD ) .Go to aplus . Seriously .im telling ya lmao . Its real real good and hes got like 15 strains at once. . AVOID EMERALD WAH-VANUE

how do you get their menu?

I didn't have much of a problem with the service, as they delivery girls were always super sweet, until they ignored my texts and calls after a year + of using them, then got a text from a driver that my number was "blacklisted" because I texted them about a problem with my order. Long story short, they took my money and told me to go fuck myself.

I tried calling at first and then realized they are TEXT or EMAIL only.. they responded to my text almost instantly. The girls were extremely polite and helped with an easy process and providing amazing medicine. PS .. If these girls refuse service to you.. my guess is you earned it lol! Every time I have dealt with Emerald I have been extremely happy,They are busy and they tell you it may not be in the 15 minutes everyone seems to think they can get it by,( if you want it right away call your old dealer with less potent product) but they are honest and have very good products.I will shop them more and more and am very pleased with their products,personnel and service.
