I really liked this dispensary until recently. I spend a lot of money on their Top Flight Vape Cartridges. I had one break on me a couple of days after I spent 62 dollars on it. After charging vape pen, I went to screw on the cartridge and it broke at its base. I live 50 miles away and drove there to see if they would replace it. The kid there said they could not replace it because I had put my mouth on it. Wtf? They cannot resell it. Anyway, I needed another one and I was not comfortable buying anymore that could break and put me out another 62 bucks. I went to a dispensary down the road and they told me that they guarantee their products no matter what. They do not carry Top Flight but they have Heavy Hitters. I guess Heavy Hitter cartridges are guaranteed to last the whole time you have it, not just the first day. I changed to Heavy Hitters for now. I read that the Top Flight company stands behind their product so I have contacted the company to let them know what happened. Hopefully the issue with warranty is resolved because I like the dispensary otherwise.
