After about three years of regular monthly visits as a customer, and spending an average of 125.00 a visit, some new guy employee ... yes guy ( not one of the sweet ladies ) was given a hard time about the vet. ID i was was using for three years for my vet discount... I was told I would not be able to use the ID that I used for years, and unless I brought some specific I*D that he wanted, and demanded, , I would not be able to get my discount ...That was over a year ago, and I haven't been back...I don't think they understand how to run a business, and how to treat a customer...Bad...Bad...Bad.
