Staff is friendly and helpful. They could use a new window for the receptionist, one with a speaker, so the receptionist and the patients can hear one another easily. The receptionist's window had several papers and stickers on it, making it hard to see him and communicate. The only opening was at the bottom of the window, so we had to bend over and speak through the hole, repeating ourselves several times to complete the sign-up process. Music from the inside added to the communication challenge. Once inside, the staff was welcoming, and did their best to consult with us about options for meds. Unfortunately the music was playing quite loudly, so it was hard to hear some of their advice. I would probably go back now that I know that the staff has a supportive attitude, but they could work to improve the ambience of the shop to make it easier to communicate.
