Great place, with great staff, right in a very central location. They have good deals regularly. This dispensary also has a lounge for clients to double-check their medications. Nowhere close to a bad experience any time I've stopped in.

It was my first visit to a medical marijuana dispensary ever. I have felt welcome at Barbary Coast, though I feel that the person dispensing the product could have been a bit more attentive to my needs and help me in making an informed choice, rather that simply making the choice for me. The products I have received are of a good quality and I believe that price/quality ratio is very satisfactory indeed.
