been here a few times. first time they sold me a bunk oil cartridge for my pen. I didn't say anything because I figured it would be a one-off experience. came back yesterday and bought yet another bunk cartridge, came back to return it and was told I can't, which is fine, but the budtender was giving me mad attitude and told me to calm down when I wasn't upset and was trying to clarify what my options were. I can understand products that don't work from time to time, but I refuse to tolerate being spoken down to for no reason.
I love this place. The tenders are polite and helpful. The bud is nothing to sneeze at, either!
There is something wrong with a dispensary that uses a strains name that was specifically created for tremors, convulsions, etc., and this strain has a very high level of CBD's, and each time I call this place they do not have or carry the CBD CW strain, only the THC strain...and they do not carry any other high CBD strain.
