Shana is knowledgeable but I don't like to go in when she's not there, I've had some problems with what I've been told by one of the other staff members; nothing others would find important but important to me. The one area Shana isn't knowledgeable in is regarding taxes. Shana told me you could put items purchased at the store on your income tax return, that isn't true. Because it is illegal federally you cannot put the purchases on your income taxes under medical. I'm so thankful I double checked before putting it because I'd hate to be audited and have it turn into a big problem because I claimed "illegal" items..
