Roots Rx - Leadville

I love my visit every time I go to roots Brittany and Taby are awesome, I can also tell everybody loves working for Mandy she's awesome

Horrible experience. It is a shame that people can be so evil and corrupt. My friend went in there and purchased product and accidentally dropped an item of hers on the counter. She realized the item she had dropped was missing so we go back in to see if the employees retrieved it. The employees denied finding it. We asked kindly if they could check the cameras because other customers had been in there at the same time. A young blonde girl said yes and she went to check. The young boy working, named Julien, was very defensive and said for us not to go bear the screen to see the camera. I was looking though over my shoulder and the blonde girl was NOT looking at the cameras. She was flicking through white screens. At this point I'm picking up very negative and shady vibes. Then the boss comes up, a short woman with long brown hair, she immediately gets defensive because the young boy asked her to save him, literally. She said, very nastily and WITHOUT checking the cameras, that we need to leave and they dont have it "obviously" so we left. we went back because my friend insists that she needs points. she then gets kicked out by the same manager because she said word for word " I'm not dealing with you"...We did nothing. I will NEVER come here for anything. To cover up an evil act performed by your employees.
