don't really care for the atmosphere when you enter. they have a rewards program. but every time you go to check out, they never talk about it, as if they expect the customer to bring it up. the atmosphere is totally fake and weird feeling. my biggest complaint is they don't take care of you if a product has issues. there is no customer service just a kiosk where they take your money to provide their other stores that don't make monthly rates
