My disabled brother was just given a medical card for pain management and Huntington's Disease. We came here and was taken in for intake ASAP at 4PM and on our way out the door with his meds by 4:30PM. Very clean environment, all staff was very friendly and courteous, extremely helpful as we didn't know much about the process. He got 20% off first purchase PLUS 10 % for being a VA vet. Products are outstanding and work very well for him. Namely CBD tincture. Very potent yet not disabling. We started with 2 drops only and he had an instant calming of his body and movements from his disease. THANK YOU!

Drove here from Northern Maine - an hour there, and an hour back - to be told that at 5 PM I was 30 minutes too late to get intake as a customer. She told me their web site says that they do not take new patients after 4:30 PM. I had just come from the CannaCare Clinic where they gave me Weedmaps info and a local dispensary guide. There was no mention of "new customer intake time" on either sheet. I had also seen their Weedmaps website and Yelp site. Weedmaps says open until 7 p.m., Yelp says 6 p.m. The woman behind the counter told me she couldn't control their web sites! And that it was our fault for not calling ahead to find out their special rules! WHAT!!!??? I begged her not to make me drive home without my meds, then back again to town, and then back home AGAIN - I am in a lot of PAIN. The tall woman behind the counter was really hostile and made up 20 excuses why she couldn't admit me. In that timespan, I could have been in and out with my purchase. I went with my husband and we were well dressed and very tidy, I was in a good mood when I got there. I was shocked and demoralized by their rudeness and lack of empathy. Also they have double type-pad "buzz-in" locks. Not friendly at all.
