Etain is a very nice place to go to get your cannabis medicine if you are on the Medical Marijuana Program in New York. The staff is very kind, patient and very helpful. Wish NY would lower prices.
All the staff at Etain in the Kingston shop are very kind, patient and very helpful and their curiosity is amazing. Not just to the patients but to care givers also. They ensure that between your doctors recommendation, the patients needs to live as pain free as possible to live the life they deserve, not just be alive on most medical levels. I applauded this life changing experience for the loved ones in our home that are stricken with illnesses that have no cures. Thank you to all you at Etain from the Top Ladies that started this form their loved ones. Much Respect!!! Kim is amazing in Your Kingston Branch.
Etain is a very nice place to go to get your cannabis medicine if you are on the Medical Marijuana Program in New York. The Employee's are very professional, Considerate and will help you get the information you need if you do not know where to look & I use the Vaporizer to treat my Disease that has good results & I am on the Medical Marijuana Program.
I've been there approximately 5 times already and so far everyone that I've encountered has been super helpful, courteous and very professional. Thank you👍
VERY bad experience, They do not take walk ins as their website clearly states. The website does not have any way to contact any real person before you drive hours to get there and are told that if you don't have an appointment you can wait for hours, and if they get around to you before they close, i might get the medicine I came for. They need to get their act together and at least take out of the website that they take walk ins. OR put into the website, if you cannot make an appointment for the day you want, just forget about going there because you will get turned away like I did. VERY disappointed patient who still does not have the medicine I need. Probably should find a place that cares. With only a handful of people in the building they are still WAY to busy to see any walk ins at this place, so don't bother. Their website really should say that you HAVE to have an appointment or else you most likely will be just turned away, or told to wait for hours and still may not be seen. After using for over 40 years,The only way to get into this place is to make and appointment when it is convenient for them, NOT YOU.The website does not tell you that you better make an appointment or else you most likely won't be seen as a walk in.
