Used to go to Top Shelf but there prices skyrocketed and customer service got to be ……. Walked into Toker Friendly and was welcomed like I had been shopping there all along. Well done on Customer service especially older customers.
Went there on june 4th before closing. Got their pricy cartirage ($42, where i could have bought it for cheaper somewhere else). The first staff (younger guy) who was there was very nice and helpful. When i went back to get some help with my pen, there was some big older dude in blue shirt!!! I dont know your name but you need to fix your attitude. That guy was soooo rude or perhaps he is just racist! That look you gave me and the way you talked to me, still makes me upset. I wish i was a male so i could have said something. Because of that jerk i would never ever go back. Would rather go back to Nirvana, where all staff are very friendly, helpful and does not scare you.
Love this place! Great customer service awesome selection and they actually take time to get you what you need. Will be suggesting to all my friends
