Best selection in town and consistently great customer service. The budtenders are surprisingly knowledgeable, and always seems to make the perfect recommendation to meet my bud needs. Couldn't ask for more from a weed shop.

always been good to me

I'm so unhappy with this place because the have a sign that says happy hour 8 am to 10 am then again at 8 pm to 10 pm, I went on a Friday after 8 and was told happy hour doesn't begin until 9:30, why would you have a sign that says the hours for happy hour and then have the sells person tell me different?!!? It seems that whoever is working decides the deals and I seem to have more problems with the male workers then I do the female workers. Not a good way to keep a business going

I had a horrible experience at western buds Burlington I have never been so disrespected I am a long time marijuana patient and the communication and customer service for me was horrible and I feel they treat person from person there differently witch is also not ok I also asked from a phone call from owner to explain situation and never got a phone call back like I said I'm a medical patient and believe we should all be treated with respect I have been to other shops and never been disrespected I also worked medical marijuana for three years and no how to treat medical patients thanks for reading if u get a chance before it is removed
