Cozy smaller store. Convenient for Kenmore, Bothell crowd. Beautiful view from lot. Parking lot needs some tending to, I admit. They've only ever been professional and courteous to me. Daily specials. No complaints.

I love Theorem. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Every time I visit, they know what I want before I do. This store deserves to be awarded for best customer service AND best products and pricing! YOU CANT GO WRONG WITH THEOREM!!!!

Better quality than higher leaf and great customer service. Boohoo, they did their job and checked I'D just as state law requires ...

Great place for beginners or expert smokers. What these negative reviews need to realize is that you shouldn't use the ATM there. Go to your Bank ATM first. This place isn't higher leaf. Its a smaller store. Its like a gas station for weed buyers. Customer service is solid, they do help you pick out strains if you are looking unsure, sometimes feel rushed but its no big deal, with more recurrent visits it has improved.

Old, overpriced product and bad selection. No reason to stop here unless you're in a pinch.

I live near Theorem and use it sometimes because it's the closest store. But if I have time I go somewhere else. Everyone is friendly and helpful, but the vibe is off. I absolutely understand that they need to be safe and secure, but the ID card reader and the second check of ID at purchase seems a bit much. I'm definitely over 30, gray hair and all. I don't have that experience anywhere else. The ATM fee is higher than other places. They won't combine their return buyer cards, so if you have 2 cards with stamps, they won't switch to one new card with all your visits recorded. Went in today, and they added another box to their frequent buyer card, and they won't honor my old cards.

This store is terrible when it comes to customer meaningful customer-service. I bought a Vuber vape pen and they told me if there were any issues with it to return it to them for a full refund as long as I kept the receipt and the packaging. I used it according to their instructions (which turned out to be incorrect, according to Vuber), and it emitted a weird unpleasant smell, so I brought it back to them. They refused to refund my purchase price, saying that a horrible smell was not a valid reason to return it. The manager actually said to me, "I trained all of my people myself very carefully, and they would never have told you that you could return it to us if it was functioning at all. A terrible smell is not a valid reason for returning it." I called Vuber (they are a local company). They were appalled by the store's behavior and immediately told me how the device should be used properly (which was different from the salesperson's instructions). They also immediately took my shipping information to send two free replacement atomizers to me (their new quartz atomizers, not the ceramic versions that came with the Vuber pen). Theorem customer service sucks, especially the store manager: She is a really crass woman whose name I can't remember, since she was so unpleasant to deal with.

I was impressed and the knowledge and personalities of the people at Theorem.
