Friendly staff, but they have a bad habit of not being open during their posted business hours. Right now it's 3:37pm on Monday Jan 3, this site (and their recording) says that they're open - but there are currently bars across the door and there's no one here. It's getting pretty old driving into PT during their business hours and no one's home - this isn't the first time. Sorry guys, I like you and your shop, but this is very lame.
