I have used Compassionate Alternative Medicine (CAM) 3 years in a row. Each year CAM gets progressively worse for customer service. Every year my application has bounced back with multiple mistakes because they leave blanks, they misspell names and I have had to manually fix my shipping address twice because they failed to input it correctly (costing me another $40). You know it's their mistake because you check your copies of the application and see you wrote it correctly, they just typed it wrong. This happens every year I have used them. If you call Chris to inform him the state requires a fix for his mistake, he will not answer and certainly does not respond to voicemails. I went for a card renewal appointment 60 days before expiration, still didn't make it in time with their service and had to pay the expired card state fee this year. I have learned my lesson and will NOT be using their services anymore. $100 appointment was a nice offer, but it doesn't make up for 3 month waiting periods and the extra money going to the state every year for CAM's mistakes. Make it easier on yourself and find another location.

I have 10 days left to update/ change this review. I will be back in 7 to update! As of this morning this is what I have to say: For 5 years I have been blessed by being granted my card for SEVERE migraines w/ nausea. Using this company was a HUGE mistake. Application bounced back for mistakes. When I called to voice my disappointment with this service, I was hung up on three times for having an attitude. Since my appointment I have had 2 migraines and have had to have my floors professionally cleaned from being sick. Now, because of a job poorly done, I have to wait longer for some relief from my pain. So you see..my "attitude" is caused by suffering from a debilitating illness. Which now apparently I have to suffer with longer! Chris, the office person who submitted my incorrect application, gave me the excuse "mistakes happen!" Mistakes only happen when something is not done CORRECTLY! When asked why I was not given a receipt for the $100 cash I gave the Doctor ( Schuyler McHenry), I was told that I didn't ask for one. The office guy, Chris, actually texted me from his personal cell phone, telling me to go somewhere else next year. No doubt about that!
