Riverside Cannabis Consultants

I've used Richard Goldstein as my Cannabis consultant for 7 years and up until recently he has always been curtious and seems like he genuinely cared. His wife has also always been a pleasure to deal with. However, In resent years he has not been coming to any of his consultations and has become a defacto skype doctor, Taking his appointments over the phone. Always with the same excuse for years. "He hurt his back and will be out for a while." Now I have accidentally washed my card (I know stupid me) and have been calling for 4 weeks trying to get a replacement; I have even left messages stating I'm willing to pay and just have my card renewed now. Never garnering a reply. So, I call from a random number, surprise a nurse answered.. The moment I explained I have been trying to contact them for some time she became extremely rude/short with me. stating the same tired story Goldstein isn't hear and she cant help me right now, she would call back tomorrow and let me know what I need to do to get a duplicate. Well, I already know what she needed to do, from past experience years ago, and it would have taken all of 10-15 minutes of her time.

It says open 10am its almost 11 still closed😡
