My appointment was at 12:45PM and instead of taking me back they put the 1PM in before me because he "had things to do" when I'm here on my lunch break from work. That is not ok, and extremely unprofessional especially considering I got her before him and my appointment was before his. Now I've been waiting 30 minutes for my appointment because they decided someone else was more important than my appointment time and now I am going to be late returning to work.
