DONT GO HERE! They did my paperwork wrong after I paid them to do it the correct way. Then informed me I need to contact the state to see what was going on and redo the paperwork myself. If you want your paperwork done the incorrect way and want to be ripped off, go here, they will do that for you. :-(

It's ok. Not sure what good an appointment does though, it's still a 90 minute ordeal... Also the counter lady is very judgmental and was giving a lady shit for smoking cigs. "Not a smart life choice" she commented. I thought that was rude and unprofessional.
