First time patient and Healthy Choices Unlimited eased all my worries about getting a MMJ card. Set up an appointment, went in my scheduled time, didn't need any medical paperwork (this saved me so much hassle, all my paperwork is out of state and would of been a process to obtain) and paid $135. Checked my pulse and blood presser and then waited for the Doctor. Doctor was super nice and made me feel welcomed. Didn't take long before the whole process was over. I don't recommend doing the mail-in, it takes too long and havingh a temp license stinks. Other than that, I highly recommend them!
