The hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 12-4 and Thursdays 10-6

Welcoming and inviting atmosphere. Staff is extremely helpful, funny, and compassionate. Dr. Klein actually takes the time to go over your symptoms and help you customize and maximize your relief through cannabis. The wait time on walk in days is long, but it goes by fast due to the upbeat and fun atmosphere. Totally worth the wait...I learned much more the day I visited Canna care than others who have used alternate doctors in CT.

Fantastic place. Be prepared to wait though. Tuesdays and Thursdays are walk-in appointments only. Wednesdays are appointment only. If you have a qualifying condition you MUST bring in your paperwork no matter what day you go UNLESS you are a PTSD patient. If you have paperwork, bring it to your walk-in. If you do not have medical records stating a PTSD diagnosis, they will do an evaluation in office. It is first come, first serve so get there early. You get in, pay your $200 (they do take credit cards) and fill out paperwork. Then, they call you back for a pros/cons conversation about cannabis and sources to access to learn more. They also give you a list of dispensaries and have you choose one. Arrow Alternative Care is the dispensary RIGHT NEXT to the office. Once this is complete, the doctor will see you and look through your paperwork. She is very knowledgable and will diagnose you accordingly. Dr. Klein is very sweet and informative. At that point she will give the recommendation and it will go into an online form. From there, they told me that I could actually go to Arrow Alternative Care (if that is the dispensary you choose) and they would be able to take my pic, submit my $100 to the state. In a matter of 3 hours, I had everything completed for the requirements to get my card. Fantastic service. Will recommend to anyone!
