I went to Ren health yesterday to get my certification. After months of getting scrap from my therapist and psychologist (they want to keep throwing pills at me instead that are giving me side effects already) it was warm and refreshing to have the staff at Ren Health on my side. Very informative and made everything easy as can be. Dr. Bibikau was extremely knowledgeable and gave me ALOT of information, alot of which I knew from my own experience but some I didn't even know. Like did you know thcv can help you maintain a healthy weight? I didn't even know there was a thing called thcv lol. From the moment I walked in, Aleks Petrova whom is the practice manager made me feel at home. She is warm, friendly, and engaging. The same can absolutely be said of Dr. Bibikau as well. Just a few things I was unaware of that ill give as a heads up to knew patients. This has nothing to do with ren health as its a state issue here in Connecticut. When you go to the dispensary of your choice to finish the process it will be an additional $100 to the state that are paying. In addition the card takes 30 business days to arrive and you can't purchase product till then. That was the only frustrating part of the process and as I stated, that has nothing to do with Ren Health specifically

The Doctor and staff at Ren Health were professional and kind. They helped me get through what seemed like a very complicated process as quickly and easily as possible.
