This place is beyond horrible, made an appointment for 11:30, waited an hour and 15 min to be seen for 3 min by a “doctor” and was told over and over I would have a temp card (provisional registration) in 24 hours or less. Definitely didn’t get anything just got robbed! Pretty simple to fill out the application.

Did not take the time to inform me at all about current cannabis regulations. Very quick and agile to get you your medical card but this is just so they can charge you $270 for a physician to talk to you for only 4 minutes and the have someone show you how to fill in an application anyone with 1st grade computer knowledge could properly fill out. This place does not take you inconsideration your special needs as a medical patient.
Very friendly and professional. Answered all questions and got me through relatively quickly see as though it was a busy period.
