Dr. Kenerson is the very best doctor I've ever had. It's taken 75 years to find him, and for that I am sorry.....however, for at least 40 years, he had not yet been born, and so, I have had ample time to judge practitioners. This is a caring person for whom the healing arts are practiced with humor, gentility and professionalism. He surrounds himself with like-minded individuals who cheerfully learn something new each time I am in the Augusta facility. I sometimes present medical challenges that only he has had direct experience experience in the past, and so, they are open to the excitement connected with gerontology. If you want to improve your health so as to not need his services, he's totally delighted. Try to find that attitude in any other doctor!

Have been a patient at BWMF since Oct 2015 and have hootenanny excellent care from Drs Goldbas and Kenerson. It did take a couple calls to get through initially but very happy with the care I've received.

Great staff and the Doctors are wonderful. People need to stop knocking Be Well My Friend. People are just pissed because they all want medical marijuana and dont qualify, or they can't get referrals for it.

Now that I am a patient things are much smoother. I had a really hard time getting an appointment. I would call and leave a message and nobody would call me back. It took months to finally get through but once I did I got an appointment really quickly. The staff is very friendlyl and Dr Dufresne is very helpful and knowledgeable about how cannabis works. I would definitely recommend them.

Takes months to even get a response from this place. Literally, just look at the google reviews. I contacted them in April 2015, with a little persistence, I was able to get an appointment by late July 2015. All in all, most of the staff are nice, the doctors are nice. They have taken on too much, or want to do too little. What finally ended my relationship with them however, is that I tried to get a referral to a specialist, which the one that I got would not take my insurance, and they also were not the right doctor for the procedure that I needed. All in all, after 3 months of working on getting that referral, going to the specialist that they referred me to, paying $365 out of pocket, and then realizing that this clinic that they sent me to is 100% the wrong place, and then asking for another referral to the right specialist, and then going through labs, and a full-body physical, and then waiting, and waiting and waiting, but never getting another referral. I then faxed them, waited another 2 weeks after my last appointment. Then I called. Then my meds ran out, and we had a fiasco refilling the meds. At which point they told me that I caused them too much work, and they could no longer see me as a patient. But honestly, I believe it's because I take MaineCare as my insurance, as they told me.
