First Natural Wellness

Came two years ago and it was a 5 star service and now its horrible. staff is a mess and dresses like high schoolers and doctors breath actually semmed of whiskeyw which i saw an open bottle on his floor. bathroom was unkept and overall i felt scared i would get sick being in there. tried the online thing while there only to figure out its all the same people. rip off. DO NOT GO HERE

Terrible customer service, after they misspelled the name on the doctors certificate they have no compassion for the time I've wasted driving back to their facilities and the money I spent to mail out the certificate. They threatened to call the police because I raised my voice in their office and also stated when we need them for defense they will not be willing to help....so what I did I pay for? All I wanted them to do was fix their mistake that they acknowledged and to send the paper work to the state of Michigan since I drove an hour and a half round trip because of their mistake. If you truly need them for defense, it sounds like they pick and chose who to help. There are several other places to go with great customer service, I will never go here again and will steer all others away from this place. I would have gave no stars if that was an option.

The first word that comes to mind reference First Natural Wellness is FANTASTIC!!! This business and the people that work here are professional, considerate, accommodating, and kind. Their whole goal appears to be satisfying the customer and providing an environment that is welcoming and considerate. If your looking for the best, this is where you want to be. Wouldn't take my patients anywhere else. Extremely pleasant staff . Very helpful and knowledgeable . Handled all of my issues and walked me through the process quickly . Definitely will recommend first natural wellness to my friends and family.

Best customer service by far. They explain everything very well. Easy process. Doc has a great sense of humor and really took the time to explain the best way to treat my pain. Very low price for what you get...keep up the good work guys....we need more people like you!

Very rude customer service. We made an appointment at the new location 280 Collingwood Dr. They have renamed themselves Nuit I think. Either way, I had an urgent message to pass on to my mum after waiting 1.5 hours. They refused to pass it on and blew me off. At the 2 hour mark I insisted they pass my message on, they finally relented but not after calling me impatient and rude for asking. Wtf? These people are crazy and should not be in the service industry. They drag their feet. My mum was literally 15 paces from the front desk to the room next door.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff was knowledgable and helped me through everything. They did everything they possibly could in order to make sure not only that i was certified but also that i was certified correctly and kept legal. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get certified.

It's exactly what I expected. In and out in 3 hours without medical records, but they sent for them for an extra $25 and I was approved same-day with my temporary ID that I used for a dispensary in Flint. The staff was friendly and knowledgable as well.
