Worst experience ever. Two office staff, one is completely indifferent, the other is down right rude and has a terrible attitude. In the two hours I spent there, less than four minutes were spent with the doctor and another five with the only pleasant staff member who worked there obtaining my paperwork. If you go here plan on it taking at least two hours and don't expect a smile from the staff. Completely unprofessional.

Being a new patient I was looking for a place to go. Tanya very, very rude talks over me and interrupts me on purpose. She then tells me that I was wrong when she actually was. How rude. Reading the Google review makes me feel worse about it and knowing the staff hasn't done anything about it.... I will not be going there. I will not be referring anyone there either. Horrible costumer service!!!
The ladies at Chronic,LLC are the most compassionate, informitive, caring people who truly care about you as a patient. Not a "strip mall cert" place that only cares about $$$.
