Wonderful herbal earthy taste. You can use 10 ml to 30 ml serving " intake " ( do not smoke product.) I use in my teas. MMMmmm, nice relaxed feeling, euphoric. You can use oil as a lotion ( " sticky feel " ) I highly recommend for the internal consumption.
