I've been ordering from these guys for 3yrs, no problems. Last order June 10th, they accepted payment within the hour, nothing has shipped and many emails have gone unanswered.

I’ve been using them for a long time, but July24 they accepted $93 and never sent product. Fake tracking numbers provided, No one replies to customer service email. I’m on disability and used them to buy CBD distillate and now have to live with pain and inflammation because they ripped me off and I can’t afford to buy again from another company until I can save enough again out of my disability payments.

I have been buying there for over two years without any problem EXCEPT for my last two order... One was missing items and i'm still waiting for my last one place may 12th!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY! Wrote them many time, no answer! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!

I ordered 5 pens, one was wrong flavor and 1 didn't work. I emailed BC Weedpen and this what they had to say "Thank you for providing us with the video, as for the solution remaining in the pen, it can be extracted and used as a dab which can be placed in food, we recommend extracting it with a syringe then once extracted, remove the needle part of the syringe. You are eligible for a $24 credit, to use towards your next order, let us know if you would like to proceed so we can create that coupon code for you." I responded that I don't dab and they said that's their exchange policy.
