Been a long time patron of theirs, I have spent over 5k over several years there. I have referred many people. But over the last 6 months this place has seriously gone downhill. Every time I go in there the guys in the back seem to be in a poor mood, impatient with customers and just uninterested in being helpful. There are exceptions, but they are disappearing. The latest experience has made me decide to take my business elsewhere, and encourage all others to do the same. I sent my wife in, because we were saving time while I pumped gas at the station adjacent to their building. She does not partake, and is ignorant of the options, so it's my fault for not relaying what I wanted to her clearly. However, how the situation was handled, was extremely poor. They were immediately rude when she tried to tell them what she wanted, yelled at her for trying to call me (again my fault for not arming her better, and her not paying attention to the no cell signs) and were unhelpful to someone that is completely unaware of how things work, and options available. She's essentially a new customer off the street. As she was leaving one of them called out "Bye Felicia". Uncalled for, and the only reason it was done, was there were no other customers in there. Take your business elsewhere.
