Kid serving gave us sativa products on all but two of the six ordered indica products. Everything was ordered to be indica he didn’t listen and I did not pay attention to when I was asking for gummies etc if they were indica because that’s what I told him. They will not let me exchange them even though I just bought them a few hours ago. They want to charge me $12 per item to exchange items that was a duo mess up. But the individuals working at these dispensaries are suppose to be knowledgeable on the products and know the difference between sativa and definitely indica when they are told that is what you are looking for.
I was in yesterday to the medical side and didn’t like the change I found of pre-measured pouches. I liked the customer service I used to receive. I liked being able to smell the flower I was getting.
