I'm very disappointed in the lack of professional customer service one of these women has. I was inside this business buying some product. Waiting my turn with one customer ahead of me being helped and nobody waiting behind me. The employee finishes with the customer ahead of me then starts to help me. I instantly know what I want and quantity. And remind you, I'm still the only customer inside this dispensary. She starts weighing my product out gets it into the container and just as we start the process for me to pay her. A gentleman walks in and she stops what she's doing with my sale and tells me " Hold on let me help this person" I was just in complete shock!!!! Like how rude!!!! Who in there right mind does that to a customer! I've never had someone that works retail treat me or seen someone treated like that ever!! We were seconds away from me paying! And for what, her crush to walk in or something and she has to drop what she's doing to help him instead of the other paying customers. I will NEVER go to this dispensary ever again and I'll NEVER refer someone to go to this dispensary. I would only go to Green Knottz or I would drive all the way to Bend before I would ever step foot back in HD Botanicals.

This place is Great! Friendly and knowledgeable Staff, nice environment and high quality bud. I read the reviews after visiting and there is no way! that the reviews below are real. Maybe things have drastically change, but I thought this place had it all! Check them out!

Nope! Wow not this place. Went to get some herb and they were closed during operating hours. Not sure if they were smoking in the back or what but a big waste of time.

very irregular business, not very good product for a dispensary and they asked me way to many questions that didn't make sense and i've been to a ton of them. Get some different products because it just isn't cutting it. I should have read some previous reviews on here but I just got on this site for the first time. Customers Beware!!!

No way i'll ever visit this store again - some of there outdoor flower reminded me of some old mexi - so harsh I almost didn't survive it. I am so angry at this point, was going to go get my money back but honestly it is not worth the hard ache. Moving on to the next spot.

Really not happy with the prices at this store, only went once and that is all it will take. The product does not even come close to matching the price. Should be $4/gram with the quality that we received. I don't like to talk bad about people but I cannot believe this spot. Looks rickety out front too - kind of sketchy. Anywhere but here!
