Columbia River Herbals - West

Love this place!! I stop by every time I come through The Dalles. This place has a huuuuge inventory! Sweet staff, gave me stickers . Got a great deal on a killer sativa this time. Love it .

This store and location are very convenient for me. Budtenders are knowledgeable and helpful. The continue to improve (not that much is needed). I've been in when some customers are extremely rude and they were still very polite to them.

Both the East and West side Columbia River Herbals Shops has excellent service and selections. The West Side Shop has only been open for 3 weeks and has built up a huge customer return base. The Budtenders are knowledgeable, friendly and fill your orders as quick as the OLCC requirements allows. Not sure if any of these people making negative complaints have actually visited either location. You cant compare the Washington regulations to Oregon, they are totally different. I suggest you visit both locations and see for yourself!! Columbia River Herbals LLC is a 5 Star business

Bad service and mediocre products.

terrible place. service? feels like they try really hard to not do much. selection? 4-8 strains of flower? I grow more diversity at home. The gorge will get better in 2017 , whatever this mess is , with 20 minute medical wait times is not serving much.

I never complain about businesses at all, but I will tell you straight up, that the bud sssuuuccckkksss ass. There grower needs a lesson. It was very very low grade weed, should have been 5 bucks a gram from the dude on the corner. It was either premature or extremely keefed off before selling it, and I hate greedy pricks who keef weed, this isn't the 90s. And they check your I'd over and over. Will not let you touch the jar, and the samples see microscopic because it sucks. I will never go there again, and it took 45 to an hour to get out of there. Lame lame.

I have been to this dispensary several times, I live in the Dalles and this is by far the closest place for me. Unfortunately it is the worst service of all the dispensaries I have been too. The Bud tenders are polite and helpful. prices are much higher then lyle disp. product is poorly distributed ( takes way too much time to get in and outa this place) even when no one is in front of you in line. I have found that the buds bought for $43-50+ an 1/8 are not trimmed well and have big stems . that is just not right. poor business. go elsewhere if you have the time!

Not sure what's with all the bad reviews but I come in here fairly often for the medical side and have had only good experiences with this place. Great selection of concentrates and edibles (the legal soda is great!) and priced comparable to the other dispensaries. What keeps me coming back is that the budtenders are friendly and helpful, looking forward to my next visit.
