terrible. I have a valid ID but they couldn't tell me why I wasn't allowed in. Very embarrassing and badly handled. I've even shopped there 3 times before. Go to purple haze instead!!! Much better service and employees

Brought my dog into KushMart and while I was looking at some products, I noticed the employee who had carded me at the door, a tall white guy who's relatively husky, wearing a colorful hat.....was kneeling beside my dog while putting something in his mouth. I immediately asked what he was feeding him and he replied "Oh just a piece of oreo cookie".....I immediately shoved my hand down my dog's throat to try and grab whatever piece of oreo cookie that was fed to him from being swallowed. I told the employee "you cannot feed my dog chocolate! He has a heart murmur!" ....the employee backed away saying "I'm sorry I should have asked your permission before feeding him the oreo." I asked the employee if he swallowed any of it. He assured me that my dog didn't swallow any of it and that he just put it in his mouth. I told him again chocolate is poison to dogs. He apologized again saying that he should have asked. My puppy vomited that same night and then had diarrhea. I called the shop in the morning to ask for the owners. They told me there's no way to get ahold of the owners but the store manager by the name of Mike needs four days to review the tapes. Now I've paid the ultimate price due to their staff feeding my puppy chocolate while I wasn't looking.

I wouldn't walk back into this shithole if you paid me. Went there today (4/20) and was treated like I was an inconvenience. If my money is an inconvenience to you I'll spend it somewhere else.

Ive always had great experiences here. The door guys are always cool! When theyre out of a certain product they helped me out by helping me find a product that i enjoyed. The prices are solid. The staff is friendly.

I thought everyone I've dealt with there has been very friendly even just before closing. but I wish they'd get the hilltop high grade mixed halfs back, they were great, had nice body and better in a pipe than Suspended (which is rolling weed). so far the best store in everrett. plus it's great to not gets ripped off all the time like when buying on the street.

I was kicked out by the MANAGER and told not to come back again, because of THEIR mistake! I have used this shop several times since my Birthday on 8/26/15, but when I went to make a purchase on 9/1/15 I was kicked out. When asked for my ID at the register i handed him my plastic version of my old card, and my new paper horizontal version. He looked at them then proceeded to get the manager. The manager tells me i have to leave because my plastic ID is expired. I said "yes I have my paper one right here, I just got last week". The original clerk tells me that it's expired also, on 8/26/15. I said again "I just got this, and I've been in here several times already". I stood looking at my ID and noticed the exp. Date is 8/26/2021, and the issued date was 8/26/2015. THEY WERE LOOKING AT THE ISSUED DATE, NOT THE EXPIRATION DATE! I tried to correct them& the manager just continued telling me to leave. So I did. Terrible costumer service, and ran by a bunch of morons! Don't go here!

They have the best selection and the best prices. All their prices includes tax so you know how much it is. Sometimes they are busy so you have to wait if you want help. They are all super friendly

when first entering the store was clean, nice art.. and so on. although the staff was acting like they were still slanging on the street corner. super unfriendly! ive had better customer service from the DMV.
