My second favorite place in Spokane to buy herb, my only complaint is the prices have gotten out of hand here.. Has unfortunately turned into one or the highest priced herb chain in Spokane. This has caused not only myself to go other places but almost everyone else I know as well. Hopefully they will slow the roll on the hustle just a tad and notice what their competition is using against them.. 😖

I used to love this store so much. Everyone was so nice. But then I found out that they cut their industry discount down to 15 percent. They advertised big on the 30 percent and I have gotten it for about 6 months at the 30 percent. Why did it get cut in half. I am a mananger at a dispensary and I would always go in there. I know the prices they pay for things and I believe that your fellow people who are working so hard to be the ones to make a difference and fight this cannabis challenge that we face and are on the front lines trying to help people that we have deserve to have that 30 percent. I would buy the very expensive dabs and drop at least $100 bucks every time. I’m so sorry I loved your store but I won’t be back again.

I bought a Vuber pen at Satori in Pullman. Product was defective and I tried to exchange it in Spokane. Was told the businesses were not linked but if I purchased a more expensive pen he would give me a 10% discount. Really?!?! Not impressed with their customer service at all. It's one thing to sell a product and a another to stand behind it. I drove to Royal cannabis and they tried to fix the pen and offered me a discount on a different Vuber pen that was already less expensive. I didn't mention the Satori story at Royal...that's just how they roll.

Supply and demand is very important to them for their customer's loyalty.
