Idaho mom who gave daughter cannabutter again denied custody

JEROME, Idaho A Gooding mother who gave her daughter butter infused with marijuana to treat the girls seizure-like symptoms has been denied custody of the child.
The Idaho Statesman reports that Kelsey Osborne was charged in Twin Falls County with a misdemeanor count of injury to a child.
In Jerome County, she fought a legal battle for custody of her children.
Osborne gave her 3-year-old pot-infused butter to calm her and help with the seizures. When she later took the toddler to the doctor, she tested positive for marijuana and the doctor reported it.
