Dark Blue Dream Marijuana Strain

Hybrid Strain Hybrid 50% Sativa /50% Indica

THC: 15%, CBD: 1%

Dark Blue Dream is a rare evenly balanced hybrid (50% indica/50% sativa) strain created through crossing the classic Blue Dream X Dark Night strains. This celeb child is hard to come by, but it is definitely one you'll need to get your hands on if you're a fan of Blue Dream. With amplified dreamy effects and a sense of cerebral calm, this bud is the perfect choice for simmering down at the end of a stressful day when you need a little extra help to get to sleep. The Dark Blue Dream high starts with a cerebral boost of euphoric creativity. This effect quickly fades into a deep dreamy introspection that leaves your mind wandering through fantastic visions. As your mind falls deeper and deeper into itself, your body will slowly follow suit, lulling itself down into heavy sedation that often ends in a long and peaceful sleep. Thanks to these powerful effects and its high 15% average THC level, these effects make Dark Blue Dream perfect for treating conditions such as depression, mood swings, chronic stress, and insomnia. This bud has a sweet blueberry grape flavor and smell, much like its Blue Dream parent. Dark Blue Dream buds have round forest green nugs with blue undertones, bright amber hairs, and a coating of vivid amber colored crystal trichomes.

Sincerely tranquil and soft smoke. It doesnt knock you down, it lays you down gently and you stay there for a while. Back pain, stress, insomnia, it's extremely effective. Highly recommended

Effects: I'm proper baked with half a bowl of ~0.2g of Dark Blue Dream from Terrapin Care Station in Boulder, Co. It's definitely not very speedy nor hypnotic with its effects, my eyes just feel a bit sunk and I'm aimlessly surfing the internet again. Oh, and the reported THC content is 21.74% - 25.76%, I'm not sure why they would include so many significant figures when the range is pretty wide but yeah, it's strong stuff. Smell: Smells like pungent fruit, maybe papaya. There's also a hint of woody undertones which I would further describe as the scent of used chopsticks. Yeah, not the most glamorous smell but it's still pleasant. Taste: The taste is pretty nice, it's warm with spices although I can't really put a finger on the specifics. Appearance: Round, moderately dense nugs, covered with a generous white frost which occasionally gives way to the dark green colors and an overall slightly blueish hue only noticeable when compared side by side to some Grapefruit Durban I have. Its pistils are a light orange color. Overall: It's pretty good, the effects are excellent but the smell isn't very exciting, not to say that it isn't pleasant but it isn't anything to write home about like the strawberry cough or lemon sweet skunk I tried a while ago (yes, I like fruity strains).
