Face Mints, also known as “Face Off Mints,” is a slightly indica dominant hybrid strain (60% indica/40% sativa) created through crossing the classic Face Off OG X Kush Mints strains. Best known for its melting psychedelic high and super minty flavor, Face Mints is perfect for any indica lover who needs a high level of potency behind their medicine. That being said, the Face Mints high can quickly become overwhelming if you're not an experienced patient, with a THC level that hits about 22-29% or higher on average. The high comes on fast and hard with a punch to the head of high-flying cerebral euphoria that hugs the brain, leaving you feeling fully out of touch with the world around you and falling in and out of crazed psychedelic thought. A relaxing body melt accompanies this heady high, anchoring your body to the couch and leaving you pretty much immovable. This is based on a variety of experiences with this strain, all purchased in the Illinois market. I'm a long time medical patient here. This is for the flower and concentrate. I'm currently enjoying some flower. I try to grab this strain often. OGs are very popular in Illinois and this one very much reminds me of the good old days. I am a long time consumer (20+ years) and I still think the best Cannabis era was the late 90s/early 2000s. I still seek OG mainly and chem and sour related stuff to a lessor extent. This strain combines a great OG with some cookie flavor. Effects wise, its great. I'd imagine it would indeed knock out newer users. If you are a veteran, you can probably use this one after work and still be functional. Higher doses doses does carry a cerebral effect. Cannabis used to carry this type of effect far more often. It was part of the OG experience. Anyways, if you are an old head like me you will like this one. I was able to grab this one 20 percent off today as well. I basically paid the same for an eight I paid back in HS (45.00). Prices need to go lower but this is okay for now. This one is upper there with Ice Cream Cake for top flower in Illinois. Concentrate versions of this tend to be more knockout and more psychedelic.

Best of all legal adult use purchases so far in Illinois. Closest strain to a hash like buzz I've found, "so far". What's more important is the ride sticks around for a good hour and the mellow after high is relaxing and eases the mind. I deal with chronic spinal issues that creates anxiety and a lack of sleep due to inactivity. Just a hit or two allows the mind to wander blissfully. Best enjoyed at home relaxing or laying around the campfire. When used before bedtime it's a wonderful antidote to insomnia and brings about pleasant deep dream quality sleep 💤. Do not use when you need to focus on task oriented activities. The mind has a tendency to wander and in all likelihood you will forget why you walked into the kitchen lol. Joking but not completely. I've lost several one hitters as of late. Great strain and worth the effort

Very potent really noticed the crazed psychedelic thoughts when I first started smoking this now my tolerance is higher and it isn't as crazy, but I still get a good psychedelic buzz, almost like a low dose of good shrooms

Been enjoying bud since the early 70s. Illinois legalized adult use since January 1st and I've tried several strains now including Face-off-Mints. All the positive hype about this strain is 100% true. Only Mag Landrace at 31% has exceeded the potency of Face Mints. Literally 2 toke smoke 👍👍👍
