Friesland is an extremely rare indica dominant hybrid strain with unknown Landrace parentage that was popular in the late 80’s and early 90’s among cannabis users. I live across the river from Quebec where it has always had a loyal following of growers, so not so rare here. It grows extremely well in cooler climates and I swear it loves the cold. Easy to clone and is an all round spectacular indoor/outdoor plant. The smell and taste are intoxicating regardless of the fact that it IS intoxicating. Great for beginner growers, does well even in poor soil or a neglected indoor grow, very hearty. In my own experience I use it to experiment with hybrids of all sorts, a Flo cross worked out very well. Fantastic plant if you can find it!
