I'm in Sarasota Florida. I've been getting my ice cream cake from Trulieve From the Roll One brand. My favorite. Hits like a hammer. Very relaxing. Great medicine. I always have problems with insomnia and appetite loss so this helps out greatly. A little extra added Kief doesn't hurt but, that's just my own preference. Thanx

Update: Ice Cream Cake is my all time favorite. Has all the positive aspects of weed and none of the negative. Calms the mind as well as the body. If you struggle with intrusive and racing thoughts this made my mind like a sea of tranquility. It's valuable medicine.

Beautiful compact purple/dark green buds glistening with tiny golden trichomes. Sweet, pungent, doughy & spicy. When broken up pungent earthy dank mint menthol is emitted. The smoke is burly yet smooth and has a bit of bite to it. The high hits in the head & radiates to the limbs. A very medicinal variety. This batch tests @ 20% Thc

I'm a 51yo very picky smoker and this is my favorite. Or, at least when grown by Polaris and 25% or higher THC. Tried a couple other growers, but wasn't nearly as good as Polaris. Perfect herb for relaxing and if have insomnia. Below 25% though, the strain starts losing it's punch.

The Intellectual Stoner here with my review of Ice Cream Cake. This is an Indica dominant hybrid that was really good. The buds are a light green with bright orange hairs running thru them. There is also a fine coating of white hairs and crystals to. The smell was earthy with some citrus and nutty undertones. The buds were 22.70% and had an earthy taste as well with a nutty and sweet flavor. I found the high to be quite relaxing and euphoric. It helped with my pain, anxiety and stress.

ICC is one of my all time favorites. Each toke is a special experience. And what I like is the sweet taste. This is a strain that you don’t run through the blunt with out being slowed down. And it also helps my PTSD. Kudos to ICC 🔥🔥🔥
