It’s alil grassy tasting but the high will definitely get you there if you smoke enough especially for indica smokers like myself

I got this strain in shake...tasted grassy at first - definitely feels like lower grade and to be honest, i'm sorry i got it. I went to a new place i had never been, which had almost all 5 star review, and still, this lava cake shake is really low grade product. It's definitely more of a body high but if you smoke 2 bowls you kinda get a head high ....ah well, sometimes you win, sometimes yo lose with new places. Now i gotta get through this ounce that i'm not crazy about when i could have had something significantly better for the same price.

Very nice mellow buzz. Gives me the feeling of the 60s. Helps with my chronic back pain. I like it.

It's so weird this strain's creator named it lava cake. Although there was a hint of cocoa/chickory and sweetness, the minty aspect was very dominant. Very similar to the mint sherbet strain (not listed in all bud as of this writing). This is a very easy going relaxing strain. Although high in thc (25%), I never felt blasted. I felt chill, yet not heavy or sleepy. Uplifting too. I love its affects but am not crazy about the strong mint terpines. I'd give it 4.8 if I could.
