Tremendously effective for pain. Soothing for the body and the mind. Tastes good and the high comes on very pleasantly...not a jarring rise at all. You still have get up and go even though this is an 80% indica dominant strain.

Works well at night. Very good for severe arthritic knee pain relief. After four pulls on the vape, it wraps you in a warm blanket wipes out the pain and settles you in for a great nights sleep.

I have chronic pancreatitis and royal pk thus far is one of only several that comforts my belly enough so that I can eat and hold down food. Is also one that makes me cough and unless I cough,I ain't getting high !!
