Figured it would've been more impressive than what it was.

Picked up a gram of this strain by Dream City 12/4/16. Harvested in October, 2016; consumed 12/8/16 in a cheap plastic bong. Packaging notes: - d-limonine 3.38%, Terpinoline .17%, Terpenes 3.55%. - Pesiticides - Azamax, Pest Out, Regalia, Safer Soap, Zerotol, Clonex. After tracking the lineages of many of my favorite strains (Banana Kush, Strawberry Cheesecake, Lavender) back to this famous strain, I was very happy to find some available near me. At a total potence of 18.1%, I wasn't really expecting a moonshot, but this stuff definitely packs that much of a punch. The aroma is a fragrant sweetness with hints of citrus. The taste is full of that citrus and a chemically aftertaste. Within a few minutes of finishing off the first bowl, all of my cares melted away. Suddenly, everything funny was hilarious. With a pleasant tingling sensation settling behind my eyes, it's time to get a couple of chores done and settle in to watch some hilarious British antics.

I smoked Gold back in the 60s too, and it was the best pot ever. Had a lid and rolled it every day before school. never had more fun in French class. Five Stars and three thumbs up.

The real Acapulco Gold that I smoked growing up in the Bay Area throughout the 60s to mid 70s was as good as gold could be to the eye and it laid your third eye meeting up with inner accession ......

Knocks the pain out and leaves me full of energy

A great productive strain, AG leads in my list of sativas. I use it to prep for any task that is going to require focus. Great for study sessions, gardening, and outdoors.

I like it! Great flavor and smooth with a lasting buzz.

Although I am a huge fan of the imported Gold family, I was not too keen on this strain. It might be my level of experience, but I found that the effects were not nearly as potent as listed above and only lasted for about an hour before I had to toke some more to keep the lift going.

This reminds me of the good 60s landrace Sativas from Mexico. I would not place it anywhere near the original outdoor imported Golds for trippy effects but it exaggerates depth perception a little bit. A few giggles may occur. Overall a great "everyday" regular Sativa that helps with stress. Be carefull not to take too many hits in a row as this one can make you dizzy if you overdo it. It has decent intensity.
