Hmm..purchased rise/maui wowie...tasted like burnt ash..looks pretty and does all the wonderful things it's supposed to...just tastes horrible.

Maui Waui is a solid sativa dominant strain. The flavor was the best part, it’s a nice combination of citrus and earthy flavors. The effects were standard sativa mind effects, focused energy and happiness. I just wish the effects were a bit stronger and even more energetic and euphoric. Still it’s a good sativa flower for beginners or people who don’t have a high tolerance. I give it 4 out of 5 in taste and 3 out of 5 in effects.
The best weed I have smoked. It's lovely. Burns beautiful. Smells lovely. Not overly pungent. Light on the piney. Soothing. Mellow creative drifting high. Expensive to get here in NY. 90 for an 1/8 the but worth every penny.

This strain is unbelievably good. Harvested some a week or two ago and tried it for the first time in my vaporizer and BOOM!!! it literally to all of my worries away. The taste is very sweet and tropical.
