Space Lounge

Been coming here for years. Good herb good deals but as of this last visit i will no longer be coming to this dispensary because of the customer service. My Mother who is a 65 year old lady is visiting and she is from Maine where they dont have so many dispensaries so she was exited and happy to feel like she was at a place where she could ask questions to a staff who may know a thing or 2. She asked if a strain was a sativa dominant and the blonde female budtender said no hybrid. So my mother who is no dummie was like ok? Then pointed to another strain and asked if that one was sativa dominant, to which the lady replied " no its hybrid like i told you before!" First of all if its a hybrid then its most likely indica or sativa dominant because there isnt many 50/50 crosses these days and to have a staff who doesn't know what they are talking about and be rude to a little old lady because she asked a question is not a way to keep customers coming in. On x mas eve of all days.

Horrible customer service. Sarcastic and rude. Wanted to argue. Will never go again.

Fire buds, wax, hash, and tintures. Gotta give credit when credit is due. I've used this service for months. Five stars every time but I never thought to write a review. After this last time though, I felt compelled to write a review. I'm not a long winded storyteller so let's just say the customer service went above and beyond. Great selection. Great service. Great telephone service. Great Dab Lounge, great place to smoke, roll & go. Really nice, friendly, beautiful dabtenders and budtenders Prompt and Professional. This is a real review...I received no free gifts or offers to write a nice review. They are that good! Keep it up!
