Honestly I was nervous about purchasing in general while in NY, but dealing with Jeremiah and his professionalism and his knowledge on the product made the whole process a lot easier and smoother than expected. Definitely would recommend everyone trying this store out, I will be definitely buying more!!

So I got ripped off and trying to fix it. They took two payments from me. One for $389.26 and another for $389.99. The latter is correct. I was called after I paid the $389.26 with a claim that it was debited back. So I paid him again, albeit with different cents after the $389. Well they pocketed both. I called and they were not helpful. They told me to keep us out of it. Very rude. All I know is they took two payments for one order. They pocketed an extra $389. Calling my bank to fix it. Maybe it is miscommunication, but they were not willing to listen to me. Either way they have $389 of my money that they took. I never post bad reviews. Predictably they will rip me to shreds on here. I paid thru PayPal and Zelle. The Zelle was the second payment. The PayPal was not theirs to take. It looks like they just made a mistake or outright stole it. If so, disgusting. Never happened before. Maybe they will do the right thing and at least look at their payment history. I will take this review down if they fix it. I doubt they will. Update: I stand by what I said. They took a second payment from me after claiming the first did not go thru. It did. Bank fixed it today. I wait for an apology.
