I have worked in customer service for over 30 years and the customer service we received was the worst I have ever seen. I placed and order online for 1.8 of Cold Creek Kush and 1.8 Pink Kush. When we got home and opened Cold Creek Kush and to my surprise it was NOT 1.8 but 1g and we were charged $21.65. We called to have this resolved we were overcharged for what we received. All we wanted was to have the difference refunded back to us. At first it was a bud tender on the phone. She was not sure how to complete it and would ask. Then supposedly the manager came on the phone and told us there is NO WAY she could refund us the difference. I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN ABSOLUTLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED AND PRICES ARE BETTER ELSE WHERE (710 Kingston plus a treat yum)
